Thanks to its sanding, the hop heating and cooling pad can be used for any problem. It can be sanded, folded, wrapped, or applied to sore spots in various ways.
Hop cones contain essential oils, tannins, choline and lupulin, which have a beneficial effect on the psyche, are calming, antiseptic and induce sleep.
Heating:
-in the microwave - fold the pillow and put it in the microwave, always test your microwave, heat it on a lower power and find your temperature that relieves the pain (heat it for 2-3 minutes at 700w)
-Place on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest setting, shake the mixture continuously and keep an eye on your ideal pillow temperature
-other possible heating on a heater, with an iron, in a dryer...
Cooling: put the pad in the freezer in a micro-thin bag and apply it to swelling, inflammation, bruises, burns.
