Thanks to its sanding function, the heating and cooling pad can be used for any problem. We can sand it in various ways, fold it, wrap it, and apply it to painful areas.

It helps with back, neck, joint, hip, abdominal pain, muscle tension, makes it easier to fall asleep, warms you up, and relieves cramps.

Heating:

-in the microwave - fold the pillow and put it in the microwave, always test your microwave, heat it on a lower setting and find your temperature that relieves the pain

(heat for 2-3 minutes at 700w)

-Place on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest setting, shake the mixture continuously and keep an eye on your ideal pillow temperature

-other possible heating with a heater, iron, in a dryer...

Cooling:

Place the pillow in the freezer in a microwavable bag and apply it to swelling, inflammation, bruises, and burns.

The cushion filling is sewn into the inner cover, which is not washable.

The outer cover is 100% cotton, removable and washable.
