Excellent helper for pain in hands, wrists, forearms, elbows

Thanks to its shape, size and tunnel stitching, it warms deeply and relieves pain.

Heating:

-in the microwave - put the plug in the microwave, always test your microwave, heat it on a lower setting and find your temperature that relieves the pain

-spread on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest power, shake the mixture continuously and keep an eye on your ideal temperature

-other possible heating on a heater, with an iron, in a dryer...

Cooling:

Place in the freezer in a microwavable bag and apply to swelling, inflammation, bruises, burns.
