The SCOTLAND heating and cooling pad, thanks to its cherry stone powder and higher mineral content, warms even more and stays warm longer. It can be sprinkled on, folded, wrapped, or applied to sore spots in various ways.

It helps with back pain, neck pain, joints, hips, abdomen, menstrual pain, muscle tension, makes it easier to fall asleep, warms you up, and relieves cramps.

Heating:

-in the microwave - fold the pillow and put it in the microwave, always test your microwave, heat it on a lower power and find your temperature that relieves the pain

(heat for 2-3 minutes at 700w)

-Place on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest setting, shake the mixture continuously and keep an eye on your ideal pillow temperature

-other possible heating on a heater, with an iron, in a dryer...

Cooling:

Place the pillow in the freezer in a micro-thin bag and apply it to swelling, inflammation, bruises, burns.
