HEATING AND COOLING

Thanks to its shape and sewn-in double copper spiral, the heated wristband helps with wrist pain, forearm pain, and carpal problems.

Regular use eliminates existing problems and acts as a preventative measure during work and sports.

USE: wear in a spiral in problem areas

Yellow pad - heating pad, let it heat up for a few seconds in the microwave at low power, on a heater or run it over it with an iron a few times

Blue cooling pad, put in a microwavable bag in the freezer

MAINTENANCE: wash the wristband by hand or on a short cycle at 30°C and dry immediately in the sun or on a heater.

Products with a copper spiral do not belong in the microwave!
