Heating:
-in the microwave - fold the pillow and put it in the microwave, always test your microwave, heat it on a lower power and find your temperature that relieves the pain
(heat for 2-3 minutes at 700w)
-Place on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest setting, shake the mixture continuously and keep an eye on your ideal pillow temperature
-other possible heating on a heater, with an iron, in a dryer...
Cooling:
Place the pillow in the freezer in a micro-thin bag and apply it to swelling, inflammation, bruises, burns.
