XXXL Super Angel

Thanks to its square stitching and size, the XXXL heating and cooling pad can be used for sitting, lying down (covers the entire back from the lumbar spine to the cervical spine), covering the shoulders and legs. It can be folded in half, into a triangular shape, wrapped, or spread under the back.

It helps with back pain, cervical spine, joints, hips, abdomen, menstrual pain, muscle tension, makes it easier to fall asleep, warms up, and relieves cramps.

Heating:

-in the microwave - fold the pillow in half along the longer side, fold it in thirds (creating the letter S) and put it in the microwave, always test your microwave, heat it on a lower setting and find your temperature that relieves the pain

(heat for 4-5 minutes at 700w)

We recommend pulling out and turning the pad halfway through the heating process and then heating it for the rest of the time. This will heat the mixture all over and keep the pad warm for a longer period of time.

-Place on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest setting, shake the mixture continuously and keep an eye on your ideal pillow temperature

-other possible heating on a heater, with an iron, in a dryer...

Cooling:

Place the pillow in the freezer in a micro-thin bag and apply it to swelling, inflammation, bruises, burns.
